All retreat bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Due to limited seats and advance arrangements, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please Note:

We do not offer refunds for cancellation due to personal reasons, travel delays, illness, or change of mind.

Failure to attend the retreat after booking will be treated as a no-show with no refund.

If ASHA Retreat cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

A full refund OR

The option to transfer their booking to a future retreat date

Participants must commit to the full duration of the retreat and agree to the phone-free policy. Leaving the retreat early does not qualify for a refund.

Advance booking is strongly recommended as only 15 seats are available per retreat batch.
